Apartamento muito bom com vista fantástica, casa limpa, equipada com tudo para passar férias ótimo.

Casa foi reservada por 4 pessoas, faltou 2 lençóis para meus filhos só agência quando eu pediu más lençóis e toalhas do banho trazia logo e faz atendimento por mensagem 24horas.

Achei tudo fantástico, o apartamento está bem completo, adorei. Comodidades fantásticas, tudo conforme as fotos , na minha opinião é TOP.

"Mala experiencia, no repetiré"

El sitio

Todo, mobiliario viejo y alguno roto. Había un gran charco de agua solo al entrar el primer día. Se rompió el desagüe del lavabo por la mala calidad, Almohadas ridículas, el televisor lo más pequeño del mercado. Sin avisar vinieron a reparar una persiana rota que no valía, sin conexión a internet por wifi. El calentador estaba apagado y no había ni instrucciones ni nadie advirtió nada antes. El registro desde la web da conflicto con apple y se hace imposible registrar los huéspedes desde un móvil iPhone. Total una mala experiencia y muy lejos de la altura del sur de Portugal.

"Atención del anfitrión muy deficitaria frente a comunicación de incidencias."

La ubicación frente al mar.

No pudimos entrar a la hora del check-in, las 4 de la tarde, porque estaban reparando en ese momento una avería de tuberías atascadas en el baño. Les pedimos compensación , `pero no nos compensaron. Había electrodomésticos que no funcionaban y no nos solventaron el problema pese a contactar por whatsapp, email y mensajería de Booking.

"This was good for last minute plans."

The view was great and the room was clean.

We didn’t have enough hot water for 4 people and the water heater leaked A LOT, as did the air conditioner on the balcony. We had to keep dumping out the water that was in the dishpan collecting the water from the water heater. The shower was constantly clogged and the water would spill over on the floor.
