De communicatie met de gastvrouw was toen we er waren snel en vriendelijk. Vooraf geen antwoord op vragen. We mochten iets eerder inchecken en bagage voor een paar dagen achterlaten, dat was fijn.

Gehorig, rumoer van de straat, sfeerloze kamer, geen uitzicht, niet eens een idee van wat voor weer het is, badkamer niet schoon en dat in een onprettige wijk. Slechte kwaliteit voor een flinke prijs.

I had an excellent stay! The host was very kind and helpful, and the house was amazing with everything we needed. It was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I’d love to stay here again whenever I visit Bilbao

"I will not recommend this place."

There was no breakfast. The location was not good. The toilet was not cleaned. The shower was not cleaned either.

The room was dirty. The bedsheet and pillows were dirty.
