"Excellent!"

Awesome staff. Very helpful and prompt. Went above and beyond. The apartment was gorgeous and had a great view and balcony. Facilities were great.

Towels were not changed daily. Was stuck with the same towel for days.

La ubicación, pese a no estar en el centro se llega de manera cómoda en 20 min caminando, así como la facilidad para aparcar en la calle, gratuitamente.

La casa es un poco fría, no había posibilidad de regular la temperatura de la habitación pues estaba fija. Además, no cuenta con calefacción en la sala de estar/cocina.

The property had a good location in Porto - walking distance to main sights, good neighborhood with locals living around. The apartment was really nice - spacious and clean with stylish furniture and decorated really well, cool layout, big terrace with greenery and a nice view to river Douro. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Parking in the streets around the property - we had no issue finding a spot within a few minutes walk to the building.

The faucet in the bathroom was loose from the countertop, which made it tricky to use the tap in a convenient way. The property had an issue with small ants coming in from the terrace - a common issue around Southern Europe. No food items should be left on the kitchen countertop to avoid this issue.

모든 게 완벽한 숙소. 넓고 깨끗하고 주방 있고, 세탁기(건조기) 있고 화장실 큼. 시내까지 거리가 좀 있지만 못 다닐 정도는 아님. 조용하고 쾌적한 거리에 위치함.
