One bedroom Cabin 5min to Puke Towncentre

The whole house in general. The location was not good. The state of the place when I arrived there was grass at the front of the cabin, grass coming out of the front porch. The drive to the back was a mission, especially it was gravel, my car tires would spin and it was very awkward because I had my guest with me. My guest said that he was cold at night, because air was coming from beneath the floor that was covered with steel cover, which is something that I didn't want to hear☹️

Easy to find, private location, 5 mins to Pukekohe. Close to the train station for easy access to Auckland and outlying areas. Grass had been recently cut. Had the basic items for a short stay, including a washing machine. Small but nicely presented.

We read the previous reviews, but for budget it was a great little spot.

The views were beautiful! It’s nice n quiet which is good to get away from the city life.

The driveway wasn’t ideal for a lowered car, very uneven & steep hill. The loose rocks didn’t give us any traction. we would’ve loved to know prior as we damaged our car coming up the hill 🙂 the floor wasn’t the best too , some soft spots in the flooring which was a little scary to walk around on. no milk was a bit of a let down as we didn’t think we’d have to bring it with us!

That it was close by to town and cheap

Main road was busy most of the time so hard to turn right out the drive way easily. Also might need to mention having a suv etc to get up the drive way. Could do with an upgrade on the floor inside.

Location was good. Instructions on how to find the cabin were good. Good to have Netflix. Nice semi rural outlook but road noisy above.

Rust in bathroom unpleasant. Duvet with no top sheet not great and should have been a larger size for the bed so our feet didn't freeze. Probably no under floor insulation as floor very cold. No plug in sink made it harder to wash dishes. Towels very thin. Photos looked okay to view but cabin does not look like that now. We should have read previous reviews as would not have booked this place.
