Cozy apartment with a view in San Miniato

Perfect location for the truffle festival! Right in it 😊

San Miniato is an amazing hilltop village in Tuscany. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and relaxing. It was perfect.

Parking is at a site a bit away. Would be nice to have a car close by but given the geography of this beautiful place. It is understandable and worth the inconvenience.

The view from the balcony was incredible! The location was perfect - a couple of minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The tower and the cathedral were also within walking distance. The apartment was very secure - there were three locked doors to get through to get the apartment. The bed was super comfortable and big, the mattress was very firm too. The apartment was a really nice size, it was spacious and comfortable. Everything was straight forward and easy to use - the aircon, the oven, the washing machine, the hob. The decor was modern and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Was great being able to walk to San Miniato Basso on the scenic pedestrian/bike path. We had great pizza from PizzAnticA, and amazing pizza from Pizzeria Vecchio Cinema - both of these restaurants were only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Tasty ice cream from Camilla Gelateria Yogurteria, again just a couple of minutes walk away! €2.50 for a medium size tub - very generous portions! Had a lovely coffee every morning sat outside Essenza served by friendly, helpful staff :) Essenza is ideally placed for people watching and if you're lucky somebody will be playing the public piano in the Piazza del Popolo. There's a handy little shop called Cosi' E' Se Vi Piace very close to the apartment too - really great deli, sold a wide range of high quality produce.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the view amazing! There was a parking area right in the corner. San Miniato is a small village up in the hill with nice view to the valley, small restaurants and cozy bars. Highly recommended!

The appartment is lovely and we had an amazing stay in Cristina's place. The place is located in San Miniato, a gem in the heart of Tuscany, close to Pisa, Fireze, Vinci and Lucca, and well-known for its truffles - what a nice surprise! The apt is cozy, fully renewed, with the MOST AMAZING view of Tuscany you'll ever see. It was truly a bliss to have a cup of coffee admiring the Tuscan landscapes and hearing the church bells. The place is spacious, with a nice living room, equipped kitchen and renewed bathroom. We spent the new years there and it was lovely. Cristina was super kind, responsive and flexible, sharing good recommendations of restaurants and guidance regarding free parking in the area. The check-in is easy and there is plenty of free parking just a few mins from the place. I'll definitely come back - thank you Cristina for such an amazing time!

Niente, tutto perfetto!

- Snugly balcony with an amazing view - modern cozy design - well equipped and in perfect shape - San Miniato is close to as well Siena as Firenze

- bear in mind that it lies in a zone with restricted traffic and you might not be able to go there by car - the stairs to the 2nd floor (in which the apartment is located) are steep. If you are elderly or walking impaired and/or have heavy luggage it might be a challenge.

Stunning views from the balcony. Peaceful location. Plenty of facilities in San Miniato Alto and easy access by bus to the trains for Florence and Pisa

Everything was great. Perfect contact with the host. Clean apartment with everything you need for a longer stay. The view from the window is the most impressive - we loved spending mornings and evenings there <3
