"Absolutely disgusting. The host is a thief"

Nothing didn’t stay uninhabitable
Property hadn’t been cleaned. Filthy dirty from previous guests Dirty towels all over bathroom Dirty bed sheets Food all over the floor Bins over flowing Stains all over sofas Worktops full of dirty utensils and food Call host numerous times. Finally answered and was abusive rude and threatening on phone. Told us to take it up with booking.com and hung up. We had no where to stay booking . Com wasn’t interested they said we had to wait 4 hours for a response. 3 weeks later countless calls and still no solution . They won’t refund us the money a sit had to be the host and he won’t answer the phone. This is effectively theft and a great way to earn money for doing nothing. Booking.com are still advertising this property which is disgusting. DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN AND HAVE NO HELP OR HOPE OF GETTING IT BACK
