Location to One NZ Stadium and city centre, cosy, had everything I needed.

I couldn't seem to get the TV to work, just regular channels

Very clean, everything provided, short walk to town and transport. Private, quiet.

The stairs could do with a motion sensor light at the top of the stairs.

"Modern, clean and convenient."

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation, and well appointed. Reasonably well placed to walk to CBD, and good coffee shops very close by. Easy to access.

Cashel St is semi-industrial / commercial around that location, so not particularly attractive. The bed area on the mezzanine floor got a bit warm on a hot day, and although the air-conditioner was very effective downstairs it was less so around the bed area. We were lucky with parking right outside but parking could be tricky at busy times.
