The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. It has almost everything you need (there is no iron). The location is perfect - it's a 10-15 min walk from the train station and just a 5 min walk from Porto Vechcio. From windows on one side you can see the lake and it's really nice. On the other side there is a small street. Downstairs there are cafes so it can be loud in the evening. But it closes usually around 21:00.

The bathroom needs some hangers for towels. And it would be convenient if there was a coat rack somewhere near the entrance door. The coffee maker is pretty small. So if you like your coffee big (I do! especially in the morning), you need to make couple of rounds (for more than 1 person). It was not a problem for me, but the apartment is on the 3rd from and there is no lift unfortunately

The flat was large and spacious and only a ten minute walk from the centre or the railway station. The view of the lake over the rooftops was certainly worth climbing the stairs up to the 3rd floor. The cafe below was very good, and restaurants and bars were all a short walk away.

The location is close to the beautiful center of the town. The mattresses are good and the sheets are clean. There ends the positive comment. A technician was sent to get the hot water heater running. The other problems remained unsolved even after reporting them.

Piles of water under the living room table , in the bathroom and under and next to the bed, nice surprise waking up in the morning. Climbing 70 stairs to get to the apartment. No hot water. No coffee maker that works for the induction stove. One tablet for the dishwater, one for the washing machine and detergent for 1 time cleaning the dishes. Balcony closed in with a plastic net and a plastic plant, like a bird cage. No information present on Wifi code or appliances nor where to leave the building in case of emergency. The living room is so dark and depressing that you climb the 70 steps multiple times to get out of this negative place. The lake and the town is so beautiful but this feeling ends immediately when you enter the building.
