Cozy Luxe Apartment Hotel Feels, Home Comfort walk to IT Park, Netflix, Wifi, Pool

A comfortable bed, good wifi, pool and sauna was good and the kitchen was handy.

The hot water system in the shower was not good. When it worked, it only worked on extremely hot, otherwise it was extremely cold. Not enough rubbish bins and toilet paper for more than a 3 day stay.

Fantastic room and facilities. Big, clean pool was a bonus.

No greeting or hello at check in and no explanation of where facilities were or even which floor our room was on nor it's number. Despite sending copies of ID prior to arrival as requested it took 10 minutes for staff to find our reservation. No hot water for showers. Lumpy pillows. Messaged host via booking.com for info on facilities as we weren't told on check in and no response.

Host was responsive, when warm water in the shower was reported as non functional, issue was fixed promptly. The building itself looks nice and modern on the inside, and rooms are decently sized and furnished. Bed was comfortable as well.

The area surrounding property is quite bad, even though it seems to be close to IT park. You have to walk through multiple street dogs every time you want to walk out of the property, through multiple streets with crumbling roads without sidewalk. Portraying itself as close to IT park (and considering how modern the building itself is) I expected the surroundings to be much nicer as well. Multiple reviews already mention issue with birds nesting in close proximity of window/AC area. This causes big problems with sleeping in the morning, since these birds can be very loud. Since it was mentioned already in other reviews, it seems like host knows about it and did not fix the issue yet. Windows blinds are quite weak, lot of light gets through.

Room was nice and It looked good

charging £9 additional fees I thought was a bit sneaky given that’s it a huge chunk of the actual cost of the room. Also the blinds let all the light in in the morning so couldn’t sleep past 6am and there was a birds next inside the air conditioning unit so it kept me awake a lot of the night and morning

The apartment was perfect and the bed was very comfortable, the TV with Netflix was perfect and the overall aesthetic of the room was lovely. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. Only stayed a night before a flight but would stay again! 10 min walk to IT park so plenty of shops and places to eat

There seemed to be a gap around the aircon to outside and birds happened to nest on the outside so there were loud bird noises late at night and early in the morning but not the properties fault just more of an FYI as it did disturb our sleep
