Apart from the place, it's the people behind the property who made our stay comfortable. Amore and Leah were very helpful and attentive to what we needed.

The place is cozy

After a short commotion, bcoz of rules, when we entered our room, what I really like are, it's presentable, the room, comfy and clean, classy.. It's like a home for us , like our own house.. You can cook ,and enjoy whatever you want. Very accessible to the city and walking distance from the mall.. We have a thought to stay again when we come back to Davao. Thank you host!!

We usually stayed at hotels, 3-5 star hotels when we traveled & we used to place our luggage at the concierge while waiting for check-in time ,this is our first time booking Airbnb like condos even though we have few condo units rented ..what I really don't like, Oh well, I think the rules of the premises whereby you cannot enter the building, & not letting us placed our luggage to concierge,its like not friendly environment,too rigid ,too entitlement , and I think they should anticipate guests long distance journey to eased otherwise the guests will burst with disappointment.

Parking availability inside the property could be a great additional option.
