Lovely 2-Bedroom with AC-Netflix-Nespreso

The flat was very tidy, clean and very quite. It was great to have the air-conditioning as it was very hot in marrakech. Building has a lift which makes it's easier going up and down. Beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of pellows.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, well equipped and in a good location. The owner was very responsive. We had a good stay.

The listing says there is free parking available and this was the main reason why we booked this apartment, but we were disappointed to find out there is only payable street parking. There is a garage in the building but for some reason it wasn’t available for us. Also, the apartment is a bit overpriced, but I guess it’s because it’s in a good area.

Very dishonest host! he canceled the reservation at the last minute, even though initially I received confirmation of the reservation. It is not possible to contact the host before making a reservation. Did not gave the money back!

The apartment is clean , comfortable, cosy and you can find most of what you need , The location is nice near to most nice places in the city I also like how you can self check in&out .I highly recommend it it only needs a little bit of improvements

I didn’t like how the rooms doors are without locks , it needs more sheets , pillow covers in the rooms and more towels . A really important point is the provided location isn’t the same it needs to be updated its 1,5km far away from the residence ( the residence location is better than the one provided)

Very nice and comfortable apartment, having all necessary amenities. The location is good, reasonably close to the center. It was a very nice stay.

The trash was not taken out when we checked in, in fact the bin was already almost full.

Ok I had a negative experience but also some positives. First of all the host was excellent. He/she on whats app communicated extremely well. I had some issues which I will describe below but the host really tried to fix things. Well done. This included the host sending someone with powder for washing machine in the evening and maintenance for the electrics. The location is good as well and apartment clean and tidy. The host also arranged to collect the keys from me at another location as I didn't stay the night. If the host can sort out the things I describe I would definitely recommend staying

There was a number of things that made my experience uncomfortable so I ended up leaving and not staying the night. 1. The lighting was working or as the host later explained light switch was on a wall where I couldn't see it. So the main light was a dull yellow bulb which I couldn't stand being in a dark apartment. 2. Electric plug in kitchen fell off when I tried to remove the iron. All these need to be checked for safety. 3. Ironing board broken 4. Clothes rail broken 5. Washing machine door didn't close properly 6. Front door handle broken 7. Blanket in one room (not duvet or sheet). Duvet is more practical. Now as I said apartment is in a good location, excellent host, polite and professional and overall the apartment is in a good condition, clean and efforts made to have a upmarket place. However the host should go round and check everything to ensure people like me who have a certain standard are not disappointed.

The location was amazing, everything in gueliz is walking distance from you , and lots of places to eat around. Very modern apartment, and convenient. The square is just a 5 minute drive away. Host communicated well with us , very helpful and self checking in and out was easy.

Everything was up to standard.

- The apartment is well decorated with moroccan decorations in every corner/wall - Beds and living room sofa are comfy - Kitchen utilities are new and clean, you can find all the tools you need + washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator - TV is smart with YouTube and Netflix with high speed - The location is also good, 15 mins walk to Medina, Kotoubia mosque and Fanaa yard. 5 mins walk to Marakesh plaza mall.. you can also find plenty of good cafes and restaurants in the area. - Contactless check in/out was smooth - Elevator was useful for our big luggage

- There was a water leakage in the toilet, which could have been easily detected by the maintenance. - The AC is somehow weak, working but not providing the desired temperature. - There was only one towel, one toilet paper roll, you have to bring yours. - There was a dirty wet piece of cloth left over inside the washing machine, we had to remove it and clean the washing machine to get rid of the bad smell. - The apartments doors are too close to each other in the floor and the door is not isolating the noise, you can clearly hear your neighbours TV, so the calmness of the place depends on the politeness of your neighbours. - No private parking, you have to negotiate with the parking gang in the street for an overnight parking everyday (they typically ask for 40 DH until I manage to pay only 20~25 DH per night)

Well equip, comfortable nicely decorated, lots of extra towels and bedding. One of the best cots for a child we have encountered, big, comfy and new. In a buzzing, yet quiet part of the new city, lots of alfresco options in the evening for tea and people watching. Walkable to the mosque and from there the other main attractions otherwise a cheap taxi (30-50DHM) depending on your negotiation skills. Maharaja Hammam is fairly close and great. The hotel opposite offers a plentiful and friendly breakfast buffet for 70DHM.

Enough Nespresso pods for the duration of the stay would be welcomed.
