Arrival time wasn't clarified was sat outside for 3 hrs rubbish all outside properly and out back had rats in front garden and some of the towels were wet that had been left there was not any toilet paper left nkr was there any refreshments over all I have asked the property for compensation as this was unfair on my children and after seeing the rat in the front garden my children didn't want to even leave the property so all in all a bad stay there was emy spirit bottles left in garden at back and there was a water leak in back to there was no cleaning equipment and having 4 children was treading in dirt in to the carpet and meal times was on hands and knees as no hoover on site

We love this house the only thing we can think of is to have a lock on bathroom door.

Very easy to get into the city and plenty of shops around the property which was in a nice quiet street. Property was warm clean and inviting

beds were uncomfortable - needs new cutlery and more glasses - not enough for 6 people and a lamp in the lounge would be beneficial
