Bright Room - Private External Bathroom

I didn't have breakfast. But I didn't really get or shown what was to be my breakfast.

There was no blanket on the bed besides one blanket I saw in a capboard had a very serious bad smell. The TV didn't work perhaps bcs I didn't see any decoder. But I liked the room.

The room was clean, and the house was nice, both in the interior and the exterior. Lidl was close and there was also a bus stop close by. Generally the hosts were nice by message. They also let me leave my luggage before the actual time of check in. Well functioning air conditioning . Good quality-price, it was definitely a cheaper and more comfortable option in respect to others in Valletta.

Unfortunately the negative aspects exceed the positives, and I understand that not all of them are in control of the hosts, but I feel like it is important to mention them especially for other solo travellers. First of all, there was a mix up with the check in, first they told me something and then they told me something else when I was already in front of the house, luckily they answered fast but they should have been clearer from the beginning, just in case. Also, I called them a few times and they never answered. People coming in didn’t know which one of the rooms was theirs, so much that someone came into my room (my bad that I forgot to lock it) but maybe they should be clearer about the position of the rooms. The room I booked didn’t have the bathroom inside, but I had to use the separate one, which I guess was dedicated to my room? Again there wasn’t clear communication about that. But it didn’t have a key, which is necessary when sharing a house with strangers. I highly recommend putting a lock in there, especially since the people from the other room were also using it. I think the most negative factor was the area, it was very dark at night and other public transport wasn’t super efficient, so I would say as a female solo traveller I didn’t feel very safe, I think for couples or groups it would be okay.

The location is good, the room has air conditioning, you have your own separate toilet. The bed is spacious, it has a large closet where you can fit a lot of clothes.

We only got one towel, the bed linen was not changed for 7 days, we shared the apartment with 3 people, one of whom slept in the living room. If you want privacy and don't want to share the apartment with several other people, it's better to get the apartment for yourself.

Jhon and Diana were really nice and I enjoyed my stay there.

The room is very clean and claim environment which I like the most. The toilets are very clean and kitchen is also clean.
