The blinds on the windows need replacing . They are obviously broken. And the n a moisturising container does not work in the bathroom .
GBGBGBThe location is absolutely perfect, the beach is at the bottom of the road, shopping and restaurants are just around the corner. There is plenty of car parks around the area, you’ve got no chance of parking on that road. I had an issue with the code being incorrect for the key box and the it was resolved within seconds of contacting the manager which was great. The kitchen facilities were great, there was plenty of tea and coffee, sachets might be better for hygiene purposes though. There was shampoo and conditioner for us to use if needed. The property has a hall before going into the main section where you can take off your wet clothes/shoes which is handy. As close to the centre it is, there wasn’t much noise. Handy cupboard to hang clothes and put suitcase in.
There was a patch of oily substance on the floor in the living area when we got in and looked around, which was a slip/trip hazard, I contacted the manager to inform them and got no response. It would have been nice of them to have apologised and offer to get someone round to clean it. The place needs a really good deep clean throughout. There was a really musty smell everywhere, the cupboards smelt odd and dirty, I got animal hair on my socks walking around and I didn’t bring a pet. The property was not professionally cleaned for our visit (if it was I suggest you request a refund). The sofa bed was extremely lumpy which woke my children up throughout the night. The ceiling lights in the bed area don’t work, it seems they’ve been disconnected which was an inconvenience to then go around and turn on all the many lamps.

GBExcellent location to the beach front. Great room for hosting 4 people. Would definitely stay again for any events I have with friends in Brighton . It's was trendy and felt comfy and lighting was great.
GBGBBest part about this property is the location 12 minutes walk from the station,6 minutes to the seafront
Apartment had an ant problem prior to my visit,I inquired whether it was sorted,was informed it had been alas the problem is still there. The spare bedding for the sofa bed wasn’t clean unfortunately,couldn’t use the pillows or duvet as they had a musky smell. Also on entering the property there also is a musky smell.
