Excellent location, stylish and had all the amenities.

A bit cold, and couldn’t figure out the boiler to up the temp.

no hot water so couldn’t have hot showers & no heating, the apartment got very cold

Amazing location. Lovely apartment - very well decorated and super clean. The host was responsive, helpful and informative. Great that it is pet-friendly too, and the check-in lockbox is very easy and convenient. I would recommend staying here!

There is minimal parking near the property but that is to be expected in Brighton city centre.

Place is nice

Strong smell of cigarettes! I am no smoker but i tried to ignore it and still enjoy my time but then it got wrong.. The heater wasn't on, i ask for help and not knowing about electronics as also English is my second language i didn't succeed after tying. I ask for more help and what i heard from the owner in a rude way to go on you tube to sort it out ! Not only that was rude but also the fact the owner wasn't happy i dont understand it how to sort it out! In the end i left in a stress. I asked for the refund it was refused as also no sympathy shown from the owner site, big disappointment.

It was near the sea and very central

We were given a different apartment as the original had no hot water. The place we were offered was dark and not very nice looking, but apparently bigger and we had no choice. Upon arrival: the floor and bed sofa were covered with crumbs, hairs and stains of bodily fluids. All the cutlery were dirty and covered in grease. The pillows in our bedroom had blood and food stains on them! Our towels had long black hairs on them. There were loads of old hairs and other stuff around the toilet. When we called to complain the hostess simply responded by saying ‘we’ve never had anyone complain?’ Not even an apology. Every time we communicated with this woman she responded absolutely arrogantly and carelessly. At one point she asked “do you want to leave??” and that was it. As the night went on we kept finding more disgusting things. Absolutely appalling state and terrible hospitality. It is scandalous that Airbnb accepts a host like this!

We were double booked so we were very displeased! We had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. Vert disappointed as this was a surprise for my partners 50th birthday. Very unhelpful response from both owner and booking.com
