Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico, Barbara è una persona gentilissima e super disponibile che ci ha accolto a braccia aperte, l’alloggio si trova vicino a tutto e si possono raggiungere i vari posti dell’isola facilmente con i mezzi, lo consiglio!

It combines the best of both an apartment and a hotel. On one hand, it's a fully equipped apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine. At the same time, the apartment is cleaned daily, just like in a hotel. I also really loved the terrace — the view is absolutely stunning

It’s situated almost halfway between Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte, with a bit more proximity to Ponte. Porto can be reached on foot within 20-25 minutes and by Line 7 bus, which stops just a minute away and connects directly to both Porto and Ponte. The property is also just a six-minute walk from the bus stop for Line 5, which goes to Maronti Beach, and only about five minutes on foot from La Spiaggia dei Pescatori. Two supermarkets close by. The area is peaceful, tucked away from the main roads and traffic noise. We stayed in the ground-floor flat with a large terrace, which I particularly appreciated as it provided plenty of space for my morning workout sessions. Overall, a good base to explore the island. The owner was lovely, attentive, responsive, and gave us excellent recommendations for dining out. The flats was cleaned daily. With a few upgrades, the apartment could be much more comfortable

The apartment itself is quite basic and a bit dated. While functional, the kitchen was under-equipped—for example, we had to buy mugs as none were provided. The gas stove had a very high flame and one burner even blew out one morning, which I reported to the owner. She said a maintenance check would be done, but it did feel a bit unsafe. The mattress was unfortunately extremely uncomfortable—too soft and sunken. This was a major downside, as it made it difficult to sleep, to the point we considered leaving after the second night. The owner was responsive and said the mattress was new, possibly affected by previous guests, and she offered a workaround (to flip or rotate it), but ultimately, the quality just wasn’t there. Other details, like the gas oven (which we didn’t use), the very basic furnishings, and the Spartan overall feel, suggest the place could benefit from some light renovation and a few quality upgrades, especially considering the price point.
