GBWe had a lovely weekend with our extended family. The house was very comfortable, clean and an easy walk to the amenities. We had not asked for a high chair but there was one left out for us.
There were not enough comfortable sofas/chairs for 7 adults.

GBThe house is spacious and clean when we arrived. The wifi is quick. We managed to relax in the living room while watching movies and youtube and the x box is a plus for kids. Kitchen has complete stuff for cooking. There's washing machine and dryer so that you could wash the clothes that you used in the beach and hiking. It is near the town and plenty of grocery shops around. Gary is also accommodating and quick on answering my queries. We arrived there before 2pm but the check-in time is supposed to be at 4pm but Gary was happy to let me know that if the house is ready then we could check-in early.
The drain in the bathroom upstairs is clogged so I needed to buy an unblocker and the pillows are a but too thin for our family. But we are still manage to wash and sleep comfortably.
GBGood space, great location, kitchen well stocked with crockery and appliances. Comfortable lounge nicely decorated throughout. Clean would highly recommend.

Steep walk down and up into town not a problem for us but could be if mobility is a problem Lounge area is uncomfortable not suitable for us - 6 adults Kitchens could have more crockery eg no bowls to make salad in No serving bowls Beds in 2 upstairs room double and twin are very uncomfortable you can feel springs in the mattress could do with mattress toppers

NZGBModern interior, very clean, very comfortable, good parking, everything we needed. Perfect amount of space for a family gathering. Very reasonable but still a great location for the St Ives area.
Blocked toilet on arrival but easily sorted out by husband!
