GBGBHuge en suite bedroom on ground floor, well equipped kitchens, (2!) spacious social area, (lounge/diner) parking for 2 cars + on road parking, (Oct) Good communication from owners. Good lighting & heating was easy to use, if we had needed it.
Downstairs loo seat wasn't screwed on. Washbasins very narrow to brush teeth.
GBThe freedom to come and go. The house was extremely spacious, clean. It was near to the sea front and in walking distance to public transport. I liked the fact that there was a bedroom/ bathroom on the ground floor which suited my Mum.
I couldn't get the heating working, but Gary was immediately at the end of the phone to help me get it working.
GBThe property was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family trip to Penzance. A short walk from the train station. The house had everything we needed for our short break.
GBThe property was exceptionally clean and much bigger than I expected. It was well equipped, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and cosy bedding. Set in a residential area with parking which is always a blessing when staying in Cornwall. The promenade and seafront are not too far to walk. It is also pretty close to the West Cornwall Hospital for anyone visiting loved ones there. My Grandson was very excited when he arrived in the living room to find an Xbox and games so for him it was like home from home. Gary was a great host sending informative emails prior to our stay. Sorry I didn't have time to reply Gary but I was at the hospital by my Dad's side during our stay where sadly he passed away.

HKGBGBGBGreat place and location. Good size bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms plus an extra cloakroom downstairs. Absolutely fantastic stay. I would recommend it to everyone.
Sofa in TV area not great for elderly people.
