ISWe liked everything... except the beds they are very poor like a piece of outdoor furniture
None of us 12 people slept well in these beds. This needs to be renovated, it's really cool and we recommend it
CAThe house was excellent! A great size for a large family. The pool area was exceptional and there was plenty of fun to be had in the games room. So close to stores, gas, theme parks, etc. It truly was the best vacation.

Unfortunately the pool heating didn't work after the 1st 5 days. However we did receive a refund for this but I we lost out on precious swimming time for my son who is autistic and this was the main thing he requested for his holiday.
GBExcellent villa in an excellent location, 5-10 minutes to shops and restaurants and 15-20 minutes to Disney parks. Emerald island is a lovely resort with a communal pool and nature walk. Had a great stay and would return again.
GBA lovely big house, 8 of us stayed there and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the cinema room and games room. Location was great for Disney and shops. Emerald Island itself felt safe and was very quiet. We joined the locals on Halloween with their Trunk and Treat and couldn’t have been made more welcome. The pool area was large and had plenty of sun beds and chairs, we all spent a lot of time here, either playing in the pool or eating meals. We would definitely stay here again.
We asked the host if they had a travel cot, stair gate or stroller and they said no but gave us details on how to hire them, which is fair enough but when we got there bringing our own travel cot which was cumbersome we found there was a cot and travel cot already there which miffed us. We brought a stair gate the next day from Walmart then found one in a cupboard.
GBThe house had a wow factor so spacious with everything you could possibly want and more. The location was ideal and the surrounding area was beautifully kept. The beds were comfy the cinema room and play area was fantastic and the pool area was enormous with so much space by far the best I have stayed in and I have stayed in at least 30 villas in that area.
I didn't pay for pool heating and wish it had been a bit warmer.
GBLocation was ideal for us. Villa was clean and facilities good. Only issue we had was with smoke alarms & alarm that went off in night. Reported it in the morning and it was dealt with same day. Variety of wildlife seen in the early evenings outside of pool area at rear - Alligator (kids named snappy), Coyotes, Armadillo, tortoise & raccoon (make sure you tie bin down!!)
Sarcastic comments on notes around the property and in the instruction booklet from owner regarding use of facilities, if it was meant to be funny, it wasn't. Owners car on driveway made it tight for 2 cars to park, but not an issue that bothered us!

there was a car parked on the driveway when we asked about it were told it belonged to the owner there was no mention of this when we booked. House was not very clean dirty cutlery and worktops . Very poor lighting in bedrooms some rooms had no lights at all. Beds uncomfortable and hard.
