Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir den Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abgeholt, was nicht praktisch war. Am zweiten Tag hat der Zugangscode für die Wohnung nicht funktioniert. Wir haben angerufen, und nach einer Stunde brauchte jemand den Schlüssel. Außerdem hat der Elektroherd von Anfang an nicht funktioniert. wir haben keinen WC-Papier in der Wohnung gehabt

L'appartement est moderne, bien équipé et très bien situé dans le centre de Trieste. La clim fonctionne bien mais attention elle est très bruyante dans la chambre.

Comme évoqué précédemment la clim est très très bruyante dans la chambre et avec la chaleur il n'était pas possible de l'éteindre la nuit. Dommage de ne pas avoir de produits d'hygiène pour la douche. Mais il y'a un DM en dessous pour en acheter.

Nagyon jó az elrendezés, a két szeparalhato szoba a tisztaság is kielégítő volt, kivéve hogy az előző lakó piszkos parnahuzatait a szekrényben bekeszitett párnak tetején találtunk! Ez egy kicsit kiábrándult volt! Na, de ez orvosolható gondolom. Szóval csak így tovább!!

L’appuntamento è estremamente centrale! Comodissimo punto di partenza per visitare Trieste! Essendo così centrale e in piazza (e in un palazzo antico) si potrebbe pensare che si senta il rumore esterno, invece no! È molto silenzioso! Ed è davvero bello e arredato bene!

Ho trovato una tazza che aveva ancora lo Stampo di rossetto sopra, al che abbiamo lavato due bicchieri e due tazze come si deve e abbiamo usato quelle per il soggiorno! Inoltre la macchinetta del caffè è difettosa nell’inserimento delle capsule, bisogna fare attenzione a farle cadere nel punto giusto altrimenti si deformano e non si possono più usare!

Location is great. Apartment has great potential with few improvements.

I like to sleep with multiple pillows and since there were only 1 pillow per person on bed I took an extra one from closet and the pillow sheet on it WAS YELLOW, OILY AND DIRTY. you CANNOT only change the sheets on bed assuming that people do not use additional pillows/blankets from closet. you HAVE TO CLEAN them as well. Wifi was very weak. Concept that you cannot self check in in 2025 is bad since there is multiple self check in options but okay. Also paying additional fee (20-25 euros) if you leave any trash or dirty dishes is crazy. I already paid 75 euros for cleaning fees, I am on vacation, I do not want to deal with it, thats the point of the vacation. Whats next, I will have to vacuum it and change the bed sheets in 2026? If they fix all this it would 100% be 10/10 apartment.

This is our second stay at the same building. Perfect location and clean apt

Our stay at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. While the location was very convenient, being in a central area, and the room itself was renovated, spacious, and visually appealing, everything else was a nightmare. First of all, when we booked the room, there was no mention of any additional cleaning requirements. However, upon check-in, we were suddenly informed that we would be charged €20 if we didn’t take out our own trash and wash every single dish we used. This is completely unacceptable, as such policies should be clearly stated before booking. Other major issues included: • The Wi-Fi barely worked, constantly lagging and disconnecting. • The noise from the upstairs tenant was unbearable. They stomped around all day and night, making it feel like someone was walking inside our own space. • Whenever the wind blew, a loud whistling noise came from the drying rack, making it sound like the entire apartment was being hit by a storm. • The washing machine didn’t rinse or spin the clothes properly, so we had to wash everything by hand. • There wasn’t even a single coffee or tea provided. • Basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and oil were missing, and there wasn’t even a single bottle of water in the fridge—a basic courtesy that most accommodations offer. • The bathroom lacked shampoo, shower gel, and even towel hooks—the hooks were broken, so we had nowhere to hang our towels. • No slippers were provided, which was inconvenient given the cold floors. While the location and renovation were great, the lack of basic amenities, hidden cleaning charges, and overall discomfort made the stay far from enjoyable. Definitely not worth the money.
