Shuttle to KLIA2 Tune is every 2 hours. My aircond was not working, but the stuff kindly gave me another room.

"Not walking distance to airport - took 2 hours to get to hotel from airport"

The staff were very nice

The advert leads you to believe it is walking distance from the airport but this is not true. You have to walk to their sister hotel, then wait over an hour for a shuttle to this hotel. The shuttle takes 30 mins. This was not clear when booking. We had two small children with us, so the extra 2 hours to get to the actual hotel was hugely inconvenient. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew this.
