The place itself was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The check-in and check-out procedures were very smooth with clear guidelines and fast response from the house owner. Here, they offered towels, toiletries,and a complimentary of snacks, tea & coffee. Facilities such as pools for the kids were also interesting with slides which my kids enjoyed very much as well as the playground. My husband also enjoyed himself at the gym.

The waiting time when using a lift was quite annoying but still acceptable.

The unit was spotlessly clean. Very cosy and comfortable. Perfect for 4 to 5 people. There is an induction stove, cutleries, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There is a filter for the tap water. Huge TV screen where you can enjoy your own Netflix and Prime by logging into your own account. Value for money and the owner is very pleasant and professional. A thumbs up for this unit.

None on the unit. However here is a feedback on the swimming pool area for the management’s consideration. The connecting area between the kids pool and adult pool was very slippery and my son had a fall and also saw another guest who slipped. Suggest to apply the flooring with epoxy rubber pellets for safety reasons.
