"Outstanding new hotel, best service ever"

Outstanding brand- new hotel. Service was amazing, so friendly and always looking for your comfort. We got an upgrade from rooms in the main building to a room in little houses in the park area. Rooms were so nice, very clean and big with balcony to the park. Amazing big swimming pool with bar service. In the evening we had a barbecue dinner on the rooftop with nice buffet. Next morning an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast. Can absolutely recommend this hotel, was one of the best in my travel career.

"It will be good once it’s finished"

The property had big rooms and a really nice pool.

It’s not finished many Elys are still under construction. The AC is not installed in the gym. Kids are is not ready. Essentially a lot of the amenities that are mentioned I just not there yet. There’s no kids club. Essentially it’s still very much as soft launch and you can still see that it was quickly finished qualities missing, it’s not luxury hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the brand new luxury hotel in Sigiriya.The food, the Villa, the hotel facility everything was was perfect. The high light of my Sigiriya trip was the unforgettable, Safari experience led by the fantastic rangers. Their knowledge of the wildlife was impressive. The hospitality at Covanro Sigiriya exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return for another adventure in the future.

"SUPERB PLACE TO VISIT & EXPERIENCE"

as a Brand new pre opened hotel they maintained their standards very well, Specially Check-in to the Checked-out they treat us like a VIP guest. Rooms are spacious & cleaned. Bath rooms also spacious & well maintained. Property is amazing, Specially food very tasty. Highly recommended anyone to experience this place.
