PHThe property didn’t reply to me when I was having a problem checking in to the property. I wasn’t able to use my booking because the lobby didn't have a record of my booking. The lobby was asking for the unit number and tower number of the property but nothing was provided in the booking confirmation. Sent several messages to the property but not a single reply. We had no choice but to book another hotel. Causing such a big hassle and incovenience to us.
