Das Haus liegt direkt oberhalb der Bucht Bejinchos. Ruhige Gegend. Küche gut ausgestattet. Heizung mit Stromradiatoren. Sonnige Dachterrasse. Abends Sonne auf Terrasse zum Garten.

Achtung! Zur Zeit wird das direkt Nachbarhaus sehr lautstark renoviert. Von 8:30 bis 17:00 Uhr ist Verständigung aufgrund der Lautstärke kaum möglich.

Perfekte Schlüsselübergabe, Einweisung und Unterstützung bei Unternehmungen. Das Reihenhaus liegt in einer schon etwas älteren, doch äußerst charmanten Feriensiedlung. Stufen führen zu einem schönen Sandstrand in einer Felsenbucht, man kann aber auch einen Gemeinschaftspool der Anlage benützen. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen kleinen Garten vor der Terrasse im Erdgeschoß und eine Dachterrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Da wir im März reisten ist uns eine Klimaanlage nicht abgegangen. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, waren jedoch für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche froh einen Leihwagen dabei zu haben.

Ich hätte das Ferienhaus höher bewertet, doch fand ich die nachträgliche schriftliche Aufforderung der Unterkunft, eine 10 Punkte Bewertung abzugeben, als höchst unnötige und nicht korrekte Suggestion. Aus diesem Grund gab ich nur 8 Punkte.

Our family of 6, including 4 teenage boys, loved our stay at this beach house. Sancha was so kind and met us on site a little earlier than our scheduled check in time. The views from the terrace are breathtaking- even better than the pictures posted. You can see the ocean from the terrace, and sitting up there was so serene and peaceful. The walk to the beach is around 7 min but we ended up walking to the beach in town. The pool was stunning and we enjoyed the late afternoon/evening swims. Given it was quite hot (88 F) during our stay, we appreciated the amount of fans - one in each room. Would definitely recommend this beach house.

We stayed 3 weeks late March, early April. We had some rain and heating was needed in the evening and overnight. The experience we had will of course be different from summer visitors. The location is exceptional. Properties adjacent are 5 star resorts. You have practically a beach to yourself ( in the Spring) about 150 meters long at high tide and much longer at low tide - with typical Algarve coast rock formations and even small caves. There are about 6 apartments available total. Some with garden views and a couple with direct ocean views. The owner has a website featuring all apartments. The complex was built about the time the Berlin wall fell I believe. It has features that simply aren’t built anymore with odd angles and a round staircase going up three stories to the wonderful terrace with pool and ocean views. The large living room and dining room is a comfortable feature. There is a window type passthrough from the kitchen to the dining room which really facilitates setting up and cleaning up the dining room table. The following comments go into detail as it is the little things that differentiate a great ‘experience’ from a normal overnight rental. Little things that indicate to me that owner most likely never had a long term stay of their own recently, but that is pure speculation on my part. The furniture and accessories are almost all from IKEA, but fit in well. Especially the two classic sofas. The dining room table is rustic and the chairs desperately need some attention as they flex a bit too much and really squeak. The 32 inch Samsung TV was built in 2014. No streaming - but it can read ISO film files! Really a bit small for the living room. We used a ChromeCast plugged into the HDMI 2 input for NETFLIX. The cable service is excellent and had many international ( including German ) channels. Heating is electric and provided by either portable radiators or wall panels. The wall panels could use a user friendly thermostat.

We’ve had a wonderful stay! It started off with the nicest welcome by Laura who made us feel at home right away. A highlight was the roof terrace where we spent lots of time enjoying the view over the green lush area and the ocean. Another highlight is the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. A big thank you to the hosts for all the tips about anything from restaurants to activities in the area. And Laura, so amazing and friendly, helping out whenever we needed and giving us tips on dog-friendly beaches and restaurants. The best host!
