Luxury 1 Bedroom Duplex with Free Parking

Amazing loft apartment with everything in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Personal greeting and tour of facility with the owner. Reasonably close to the city centre. Generous supply of food and extra special treats.

Not a thing.

We were met and given a tour of the property which was ideal and personal for a change beating the standard "key in a box". The place was exceptionally clean and well appointed with a great TV and surround system. There was a good range of quality items for our breakfast and a welcome cream tea.

Nothing.

The building was beautiful and had history, the renovation was brilliant and the owners had thought of everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast we had was lovely, all that we needed, with lovely touches such as scones, cream and jam. The location of the apartment was ideal, 10 minutes walk to Devonport rail station , we then travelled to Looe, Falmouth , Calstock and the lost Garden of Heligan . We were only 20 minutes walk to restaurants and bars.

The host does everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. The facilities pretty much include everything you need for a stay of any length Both bathrooms are clean and the shower pressure is great

The blinds don't block out that much light if you have trouble sleeping in during the morning

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome & comfortable. The facilities are of a very high standard & exceeded our expectations. Couldn't fault anything in our stay. Absolutely perfect!

There is nothing to not like.

Fantastic place to stay. Exceptional attention to detail. Fabulous host. Easy onsite parking. EV kerbside short walk away. Excellent location to visit all parts of Plymouth. Definitely return.
