Perfect location for a stay in Plymouth: Luxurious appartement in a renovated Victorian building dating from the 19th century. Very stylish and comfortable, with all amenities and modern equipment. The hosts, Alan and Sarah, take care of everything. Highly recommended.

"Great all round"

The food for breakfasts supplied was a real bonus and the scones & clotted cream were a delicious welcome. Hosts were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. A very comfortable apartment & could definitely recommend.

"Absolutely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at while travelling."

Everything - there was absolutely everything you could possibly want. Including milk, bread, eggs, yoghurt, scones, jam, cream. A couch that had a ph charger embedded into the arm. Dishwasher, washing machine etc. we’ve travelled a lot over the years & this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Alan, our host, was there to greet us - very friendly & welcoming, showed us how everything worked.

Just a bit squeezy getting past door in en-suite to the toilet, but a small price to pay considering everything else the duplex had to offer.

The property is fantastic, everything you need is at hand. The property is very comfortable and looks lovely, set inside an old Victorian building. I would highly recommend this property

There is nothing to dislike, the attention to detail is superb.
