Fantastyczny widok z okna! Apartament czysty, zadbany. Świetna lokalizacja, na piechotę można spacerem dotrzeć do historycznego centrum w kilkanaście minut. Wygodny aneks kuchenny, łazienka, oddzielna sypialnia. Cena zdecydowanie adekwatna do jakości. Bez wahania wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

W żaden sposób nie jest to minusem a jedynie podkreśleniem, że mieszkanie znajduje się na najwyższym piętrze kamienicy i jeśli ktoś ma trudności z wchodzeniem po schodach powinien zwrócić na to uwagę. Nic negatywnego nie przychodzi mi do głowy.

I stayed in this beautiful flat for just over three weeks during an extended holiday in Porto, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The flat is located in a quiet, local neighbourhood, about a 15-minute slow walk from the main shopping street. I really appreciated being slightly away from the crowds while still being close to everything. The views from every window are stunning, and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular. During my stay, there was a football celebration taking place in the city centre, and watching the fireworks from the flat was a truly special experience. The apartment itself is bright, stylish, cosy, and spacious. I loved the loft layout, although it's worth noting that there is no lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs may be challenging for some guests. The bed was comfortable, the flat was clean, and it had most of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It genuinely felt like home during my visit, and I would happily stay here again.

A couple of suggestions for improvement: Some of the kitchenware could be updated, particularly the frying pans, which were quite worn and caused food to stick regardless of how much oil was used. For longer stays, it would be great to have a light weekly cleaning service and a towel change. As there is no washing machine in the flat, keeping towels fresh became difficult during my three-week stay, and I eventually had to purchase additional towels for the second and third weeks.

Estrutura da cama muito má. Pode partir a qualquer momento. Podia ter vassoura pá e esfregona caso aconteça algo para poder limpar.

A localização é boa, para quem gosta de andar dá para ir fazer o centro do Porto a pé, fomos e voltamos a pé. Chegámos numa sexta-feira por volta das onze da noite e conseguimos lugar na rua do alojamento, e no sábado depois do jantar deixamos um bocadinho mais à frente, mais perto dos Salesianos, mas sempre perto, e não se paga. Acredito que em épocas mais altas possa ser mais desafiante ou tenha de se deixar o carro mais longe. A decoração é simples, mas bonita, e a casa está bem equipada. Tem uma vista incrível para o rio.

O isolamento sonoro do alojamento podia ser melhor, ouve-se muito o barulho exterior.

L’appartement est très joli, il est bien équipé. Bien situé,avec une magnifique vue sur le Douro.

L’appartement est dans un quartier très bruyant avec des beaucoup de travaux, ne parlons pas des nids de goéland ou de mouette sur le toit et comme l’appartement est sous les toits, le bruit est incroyable même la nuit très difficile à dormir. On entend le train enfin le les murs sont comme des papiers de cigarette. La propreté aussi les draps sont sales. Nous n’avions même pas de housses de duvet pour notre duvet, juste un drap et la couette. Un froid incroyable, nous avions trois radiateurs électriques qu’il fallait régler car sinon il faisait trop chaud ou trop froid. Ah oui, impossible d’utiliser le canapé-lit du salon, complètement cassé.

The location and the sun set was out of this world! The property is an amazing size, the tv is a smart tv so we could log into our Amazon/Netflix/Disney+ accounts in the evening to wind down, everything we needed was in the apartment. When we arrived and walked in, it smelt so fresh and clean as well.

The only small thing is the first aid box wasn’t very well equipped. We needed some plasters and there was only a couple in the big first aid box, but it’s not a massive problem. And in the evening there was a slight smell of sewage, but we noticed a lot of places in the city smelt like that in the evenings so it must just be a general problem
