Ard na Greine Bed & Breakfast Ballylickey

We had a lovely overnight stay at Ard na Greine. A lovely home, beautiful garden. We got a lovely welcome from Patrick. Our room was perfect, with lovely views over the countryside. The room and bathroom was spotless. We both slept well. The choice for breakfast was plentiful and our choices were both freshly cooked. We would recommend, without hesitation, Ard na Greine. We also met Toffee, the very friendly dog.

Lovely property, lovely views. Very comfortable room with our own lounge. This could be shared with other guests but we were the only ones so had it to ourselves. The breakfast was great, I had the best fresh waffles I can ever remember having

Nothing at all to dislike. Not within walking distance of the town but that was fine for us

Such a beautifully located B&B, perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax after a day's exploring. Super comfortable room with gorgeous views, lovely breakfast, and extremely friendly hosts - Marie gave us lots of local recommendations and genuinely wants her guests to have a great time visiting Cork!

A nice room in a lovely family home

Our hosts were very understanding concerning our arrival times and we received a warm welcome on a wet evening. There were clear directions to find the house which is well off the beaten track from Bantry. Our room was lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for our small suitcase. There was water in the room but the tea making facilities were in a small living room next door shared with other guests along with the TV. That was fine as we enjoyed chatting with the other guests. The views from our window were amazing. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and served with a smile. Very copious so don’t plan on lunch out the same day!
