PTPTI booked this place for my mom and my sister, the apartment is perfect i have nothing to complain about what is inside of it, everything posted on the website is true, perfect view, nice rooms and dependencies.
The problem is what isn't explained. The support answered us as fast as they could, which for me only would be enough... But my mom is elder and staying there with the possibility of make she climb 6 floors in stairs due to the elevator isn't working is awful (this considering only one of the two elevators available were working, one of them never worked at all) the apartment that I take was on the 6th floor (which you can guess by the picture of the view in the book website) but wasn't informed that one elevator isn't working and the other one stops working very often. Also because of one of these stop we use the stairs to going down and the lights are turned on pra sensors, but looks like they're only detect someone in the hall of the elevator of the respective floor, which make you use the stairs on completely darkness unti you reach the floor, which makes my sister fall and hurt her ankle, ruining some days of the staying making me provide some crutches for her walking in the last two days of our staying. In resume, the apartment is really good but the building infrastructure isn't good, if you are young you can consider if you have money to spent (considering that is expensive based on the structure presented) but if you or someone that is coming with you is old, avoid it.
FRAppartement lumineux et bien localisé: commerces et restaurants très proches. Très belle terrasse et grande pièce à vivre. Tout se pratique à pied.

El colchón incomodísimo, se hundía completamente, además el apartamento está situado junto a un parque donde hay gallos que se ponen a cantar de madrugada. Ha sido imposible descansar nada en los cuatro días que hemos estado.
