Местоположението беше в центъра, комуникативно. Има автобуси и всякакви магазини и заведения за бързо хранене. Апартамента беше сравнително чист и спретнат. Чисти завивки, подредено и собствениците се бяха погрижили за всякакви удобства - посуда, тоалетни принадлежности

Нямаше осигурени паркоместа. Наложи се да плащаме за Синя зона през целия престой. В кухнята кошчето беше пълно с боклук. Тоалетната не беше добре изчистена.

Clear instructions on the day to enter the property and ease of using a key box. The apartment was nice and clean with fresh towels to use.

The front door of the property was difficult to open (took a few attempts) even with the instructions, maybe a keypad could be added for ease. The floorboards in the main living room area have creeks too.

Struttura pulitissima con tutto quello che serve. Molto contenta.

Apartamentul e exact ca în poze. Ca și locație e aproape de centrul vechi. A fost perfect pt o familie de 5 persoane, din care 3 copii.

Situata a 10 Min a piedi da Piazza dell' università, appartamento in condominio signorile, pulito, con ogni confort. Host disponibile ad ogni domanda. Un letto matrimoniale, un letto alla francese, un divano letto in soggiorno. Bagno con doccia. Cucina piccola, ma tutto il necessario presente. Non dò il massimo punteggio solo perché i riscaldamenti non si attaccavano, ma c'era il condizionatore ( quindi si stava bene).
