INProperty owner refused to give the booked accommodation through Booking.com. So cancelled the accommodation with Booking.com advise. Till now no refund received and no reply from you as well as OYO. Ridiculous.
Not liked at all. The no response & no action from Booking.com & from OYO for refusing the fully pre-paid accommodation at the last minute and the lethargic attittude for refund. May have to approach NCDRC (Consumer court).
