Ce n'était pas le logement que nous avions réservé et nous n'avions pas les deux salles de bain dont nous avions besoin pour six personnes adultes.

L'emplacement est idéal ! Proche de la station de métro Intendente (200m), ligne verte. Accès facile aux différents points de visite de la ville et aux autres moyens de transports proposés à Lisbonne (Tram, bus, tramway). L'équipe GuestReady est ultra disponible et très réactive !

La propreté de l'appartement était discutable : Traces de moisissures dans plusieurs parties de l'appartement (salle de bain, cuisine). Un volet de velux cassé laissant passer la lumière, une rampe d'escalier manquante, des raccords électriques apparents.. La sécurité doit être revue pour de prochains visiteurs.

Location steps away from Intendente Metro Stop, with good places for breakfast nearby & quite close to Supermarket. Spacious, clean & comfortable.

I didn't realise the attic bedrooms were so low you can't walk straight in them.

1. Water does not go down drain. 2. Keypad is broken. 3. Too much dust on furniture and floor.

Apartment is in an ok location. Close to a main road so if you have the window open it is very loud during the day and at night.

The aircon machines in the apartment are awful. They do not work and they are incredibly loud. You can’t cool the rooms down with just the windows open and having the aircon on makes it impossible to sleep. They need to be changed! The showers also need a deeper basin as it overflows with water if the drain is slightly blocked. It’s also impossible to unblock the drain as there is no filter

Hay cosas viejas, como la tapa del WC, suelo de la cocina y del baño con marcas de suciedad, cubo de fregona sucio. Nº hay cambio de toallas en 5 días. No cogen el teléfono.

Zentrale Lage. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Achtung bei der Deckenhöhe. Große Menschen müssen im oberen Bereich teilweise den Kopf einziehen.

Könnte mal wieder etwas renoviert werden. Im Bad läuft das Wasser in der Dusche schlecht ab. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, sehr das Bad unter Wasser.

This property did not live up to its advertisement at all! Here are just some of the points: the location is terrible. Perhaps, one of the worst districts in Lisbon. It smells awful outside the building, dirty streets, and feels unsafe overall. The apartment itself is very small, and I would say the entire second floor should not be even used as a rental space. Unless you are a very short person, you will not be comfortable upstairs at all. Also, the staircase leading to the apartment is very, very narrow and steep. There is no way you can even carry a luggage up the stairs. Lastly, the apartment is extremely hot, and there is no AC. There are fans, but they don't do anything in hot weather. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this place as it's absolutely not what you see in a picture.
