"The pool and BBQ are listed as a main feature and charged accordingly, yet limited hours"

The ambiance was nice, excellent caretaker who was very nice, extremely attentive and friendly.

The alfresco area, pool and carport was not suitable for use during the day, especially between the hours of 9am to 6pm. The area is open to the full sun and there really needs to be appropriate and adequate shade erected. The fact that you are enclosed by concrete walls, intensifies the heat. Also the kitchen becomes an oven in the late afternoon/ early evening due to the full sun and lack of window tinting/ curtains.
