Once inside, the apartment is modern clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately the streets and parking area were unattractive and had a problem with litter. But having visited Cardiff over the last decade, the City itself has a problem with litter - residents and property owners should complain to their Councillors as it is giving the city a poor reputation. The underfloor heating was too good, except in the bathroom and could do with a towel rail in there.
