El equipo excelente, trato magnifico

It was very affordable. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room had a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, mini refrigerator, and plates & silverware. The central AC worked nice and kept the room cool. The Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. The water pressure was good and got hot quickly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations as they consisted of a customized sub sandwich (turkey, tuna, bacon, egg, tomato, lettuce, etc.), a pastry (plain croissant, chocolate chip croissant, bread pudding, etc.), fruit juice, and coffee all included every day with our stay. The staff even accommodated us when we had to leave early on one of our mornings and they had our breakfast ready as soon as they opened at 6AM. The location was good as it was a short drive to establishments in Simpson bay and the airport. It was even within walking distance of SXM brewery and Lagoonies restaurant. The parking was free and you can park in the front where the deli/bakery is or you can park in the rear lot.

The GFCI power outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was no bathroom vent but there was a window. While the location was convenient, it was not within walking distance of a beach and the neighborhood was an industrial park. On the first night we did not have blankets for the beds (only bedsheets) but we got blankets on our second day. There was no pool or hot tub. There was no elevator and all rooms are on the third floor so be aware that you will need to carry all of your luggage up two flights of stairs. Our room had a motion detecting switch that would malfunction and it would turn the main light on and off during the night which was somewhat annoying.

Affordability and experience of local communities

Only for one day we run out of water. Otherwise all is good.

Petit déjeuné reçu à la boulangerie au dessous de l'hôtel, assiette et verres en cartons, vieille salle, un oeuf brouillé avec une petite salade et un donut... rien n'est bien expliqué sur ce que nous pouvions avoir.

Tout était assez vieux et pas entretenu, le matelas avait un ressort qui sortait, le pigeons sur le toit juste à coté ont fait du bruit toute la nuit.
