The location was amazing! The house has most necessities. Comfy beds, and comfortable dining and lounge areas with an amazing view from the from window. Within walking distance to town, supermarket, wharf, treaty grounds, and beach across the road.

Only one 1/2 mirror in the whole house, in the bathroom. No power point near the mirror to dry hair. No clothes line or airer. (Yes, there was a dryer but was limiting for 4 people) We had good weather and didn't want to waste power. Not all lids and pots matched, and no oven tray. And perhaps a roll of cling film and alfoil would be handy for visitors. There was a broken window covered over with cardboard, waiting to be replaced. (Accidents happen) The lockbox code was different than the original email. The lockbox was a bit stiff, probably from the sea air, and could do with a squirt of lube.

Beautiful location, amazing view. Walking distance to the waitangi grounds! Carry your own body wash and shampoo, property only provides bar soaps.

Very nice place to stay. The only issue was that the phone number provided was always to an after hours provider recording, no matter when you called. The only way to talk to them was to go to the sister motel in person.

Super stunning location, incredibly comfortable home away from home!
