La posizione molto comoda vicino al canale e l'appartamento è spazioso.
Il condizionamento dell'appartamento non è sufficiente a rinfrescare adeguatamente tutte stanze, andrebbe migliorato. Il parquet delle stanze fa vari scricchiolii quando si cammina.
