Simple sea view apartment - families only

The owner is so kind and easily reachable by phone or whatsapp. Getting the keys was so easy from the porter. He helped us also in parking the car during our stay. Location and view are great. Newly painted and clean flat with comfortable beds.

Kitchen is so poor concerning absence or insufficient utensils, units are difficult to open and weak lighting. Actually we couldn't use the kitchen except for hot drinks. No Racks for towels in bathroom. Very noisy on Friday night. WIFI was not working good all time. I can find only one channel in the TV. Curtains hanging bars are not well fixed to the wall and one of them fall down during openning it. I consider that all of these comments are easy to be considered by owner.

Mr. Alaa, the owner, was very polite and decent. After we had booked, he informed us that the flat was already booked for our dates. However, to make it up for us, he offered us an even better flat with a better view for the same rate. The flat was very clean with a nice view over Alexandria sea.

Everything was pretty fine.

The kitchen is not complete, old appliances kettle not working,leaking gas , old pots and no utensils,very tacky taps guest bathroom leaking Water main bathroom bad seat cover Tacky curtains one fell down

The host was super helpful and offering for any help needed Quite clean 3 rooms

The value for money mainly, I used to boik properties but unfortunately were fully booked at fraction of the price yet with new facilities and furniture and bathroom. Bathroom didn't have shower curtain, alumetal needed some fixing which honestly when i told them about they offered to fix and they started fixing Facilities/ fruniture needs upgrade

The location was perfect, minutes from almost everything besides the sea view. The staff was friendly and very kind. Nice and comfortable beds. Some of the appliances were newly purchased. The whole apartment's paintings and the ceiling decor are new. The cleanliness and tidyness of the apartment.

The kitchen facilities need attention, like pots, pans, and no cups or mugs, and the sink needs to have hot water. The bedroom furniture has a musty smell. No towels or drying rack. The tap water is bad, so it needs a water filter or a water dispenser as an alternative.
