Location, easy check-in and check-out, big room

Bed was horrible. There was no cleaning service. 4 days long the towels remained the same, they didnt change them.

The room is very good , very clean, the host was very helpful and kind. We stayed only two nights but this was the best place we stayed in Sicily. Location is pretty central and quiet , easy to find.

The only thing that we didnt like is that rooms aren't soundproof and you can hear all other rooms guests.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Berht - Apartamenti al centro di Catania! The location is unbeatable, even though at the beginning you might not think so :) But it is easy to explore all the beautiful sights, shops, and restaurants on foot. Bus and Train stations are nearby, metro, and the beach. The apartment is spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay for a few nights. I especially loved the cozy atmosphere, with the soft, warm lighting that created such a welcoming and relaxing vibe - it made the apartment feel even more special 😌

I would prefer to have more space in the wardrobe, as for 2 people it is too tiny. But manageable:)

The property was beautifully furnished. Everything was new and super clean. Check-in and Check-out was super easy and the owners were very kind and responsive whenever we needed anything! Location was great, many supermarkets and two train stations as well as the metro in short walking distance. Even the town centre with all the major sights can easily be reached on foot if you want to enjoy a short walk around Catania. We also felt very safe. Would book this stay again if we are ever back in Catania without hesitation!

The fridge seems to be too cold. We had pizza leftovers from our dinner one night and when we wanted to eat them the next day, they were frozen solid. We didn’t mind too much and found it rather amusing, we just went to the supermarket right next door and got something else, but I feel like some people might complain about it so maybe you could get that checked out! Another thing, the rooms are not very well soundproofed (not to the outside, but to the other rooms in the apartment. This is not really the owners fault since they aren’t responsible for other guests being very loud, but we were woken up many times on our second night because of very noisy neighbours which was a shame, but still nothing that would keep us from staying at Berht apartments again!

The room is modern, newly decorated. Everything is new, modern and stylish. The owner is very kind and ensured everything is fine to welcome new guests.
