Staff always not arround, price a bit expensive during weekdays.

The room was dirty. We had a late check in at 7pm, but when getting into our room, the floor was still wet as if it had just been cleaned with a smelly mop, so the room had a bad smell. We had to turn on the AC, and open the window to let some air in. The bathroom had bugs, and the toilet seat was so dirty like the cleaner just poured the dirty water after mopping the floor into the toilet bowl, without cleaning it after. The curtains, and the bedsheet also had damped smell. The property took a deposit and was supposed to return it upon check out, but the staff who took the money was not on duty, so they promised to transfer the money later that day, but didn’t do so. I have texted the manager, and the property, but no response was received. Location wise, it is bad as well, as it is located right next to a cemetery. The beach is a few hundreds meters away, and is full of trash (cans, bottles, etc.)
MYFriendly, helpful staff. Super nice place. They definitely put in a lot of effort decorating this place. It looked much more expensive than what I paid.
The entire place looked quite clean, but there were a few bugs here and there. The balcony could use a little sweeping.
