Tuvimos un inconveniente con el AA y llamamos al teléfono de urgencias 24 hs y nadie respondió. Recién lo hicieron al otro día.

Gostamos da habitação, tinha tudo conforme combinado e solicitado. Foi possível oferecem 1h30 após o horário de check-out o que foi bom. Ter uma pequena divisão para as crianças brincarem, foi excelente!

Falta muito material na cozinha, não tem caixas de armazenamento, não tem um pyrex, só tem um tacho grande com tampa. Deviam ter mais material de cozinha, dado que é um apartamento com cozinha. Como sugestão para o futuro é que a maquina de lavar roupa tambem fosse de secar, o apartamento dá directamente para a rua, não temos grande sitio onde secar a roupa.

La ubicación está bien, la cocina completa y el sistema de apertura es cómodo y seguro

Al ser un bajo da la sensación de estar encerrado, el baño se encharcaba y para dos está bien pero para 4 adultos no, el sofá cama para varios días es matador

The door locked and unlocked through an app

The smell. The apartment smelled like a sewer. The noise. The outside noise and noise from upstairs kept us up. The Lack of adequate hot water. There were four of us and we didn't take long showers but we kept running out of hot water.
