USInside of the house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked.
Interaction with the host (Text and call). We could not get into the property for an hour and half due to the keypad faliure and the wrong lockbox combinations. Instead of immidately dispatching help, we were asked to take picutres to sent and then dispatched the maintenance. We were treated like we did not know how to use the keypad and lockbox and spent at least 30 mins, running around. Other unfortunate thing was there was an area wide power outage . The lights went off at 7:30pm as we were about to eat. We tried reaching the host but no respond. We eventually figured out it is the "area wide" outage as all the neighbors started running their generators. We used our cell phone and some flash lights from our car to avoid accident inside the house but it was dark since the house is large and in the woods. The host texted me past mid-night telling that is the area wide power outage but it would have been nicer if we get some support when we needed hours ago. The power came back around 4:30am following day. It was not host's fault to have power outage, it was rare thing but we felt that we were not well supported from the host

USThe calm and quiet of the place and the easy access to Mount Baker trails and Skagit River park. It was perfect for the kids and the family to enjoy the space and facilities indoor and outdoor. Beautiful place
USBeautiful house, nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Toys for kids provided.
Not enough towels considering there was only 1 per person and there was a hot tub so if you took a shower and used the hot tub everyday you would not be using a clean dry towel without doing lots of laundry. Side note:hot tub area needs some kind of chair or table by it to put towels on.
