Casa Gavidia - Duplex with Panoramic view

Excellent location on a small pedestrian street just off a charming square. Within 20 mins walk of most of the highlights of Seville.

Upstairs bathroom very small and tight. Steep stairs up to the apartment entrance and up to second floor within the apartment, but we were aware of this so not a problem.

Location molto conveniente, palazzo in ottimo stato, appartamento vissuto ma in buono stato. Bella vista 360° dal tetto. Terrazza utile ed attrezzata. Ottimo lavaggio e asciugatura delle lenzuola e ancora meglio delle asciugamani. Ottima soluzione per 2 coppie che regala estrema privacy grazie anche ai doppi servizi.

Molto rumore fino a tarda notte. Anche nella capanna sul tetto arrivano i rumori della strada e della gente nei bar. Calle Baños non è silenziosa, neanche durante i giorni feriali. Gli spazi del bagno superiore sono ampiamente risicati.

Absolutely great location. So much to do right around the apartment. The space was very nice. The patio or terrace was nice, but it was so hot that it wasn't of much use. If there were an umbrella or covering from the sun, it would be helpful. But overall, great space and the owner was very communicative.

Booking dot com had the incorrect address, which we followed. We did not notice that the owner had communicated a different address, and after a long trip to get there on a very hot day, it was frustrating.

Lovely 2 bedroom apart close to all amenities- restaurants, minimarkets- and walking distance from historical sites (10 min to Setas, 15 min to the cathedral and Giralda, 25 min to the Alcazar, 20 min to Triana). Quiet. Excellent AC, 2 bathrooms. Great terrace, washibg machine in a cupboard on the terrace was very useful, clothes dried in a flash in this heat! Small kitchen just enough to prepare basic meals when needed. Hosts friendly and very reactive, we ran accross a few problems and they did their best to assist and help. Wifi crashed and they bought a simcard for us so that we could continue working. Great diversified library! Parking: Saba plaza Concordia is 2 min on foot from the apartment. We booked online. Tight parking spaces though! Just for info, the apartment is located on the 2d floor, 2 sets of stairs. It is the case with most charming properties in the historical center.

We personnaly intensely dislike the Noki app to enter premices - too many bad experiences in Spain with it- This one works but it assumes you have your phone charged and data. What's wrong with a simple lockbox with a code? Fortunately you get access to a physical key once you are in. The shower door of the shower upstairs is really hard to close. We suggest to set an awning on the terrace to shelter from the sun. Maybe another wine glass in the kitchen? We were 3 adults to share it!

Fantastic location, comfortable stay, everything was great. Very friendly host. Would definitely come back again. All you may need is on your dorstep.

I have never met people so delightful & accommodating in my life. My stay was suburb to say the least. Anyone who books here should be delighted to meet such brilliant hosts. Great location. Great everything!

It is a great flat in a great location. It suited us very well having 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, with a 2 ring hob we were fine to make most meals. It is easy to walk to most of the more interesting places in the city.

This was our second time staying at the property. Just like the first time it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is perfect, the view is great, and the best thing about it is the location. We honestly couldn't ask for anything else, it was all perfect. We will definitely return for a third time in the future.
