last minute agent change to another house, i request for refund but they dont want.

Not recommended to stay here Not value for money, owner lambat respon wasap, owner cuba manipulate untuk tukar unit ke strait quay, deposit lambat refund, aduan kerosakan x respon.

The property is in a good location it is close to the Mariana shops and restaurants. It has a good pool and has a small gym

It’s very sad that the owner has a great property but has failed to maintain it. We arrived early hours of the morning due to late flight and had travelled 26 hours, to find the toilet not working in the ensuite, stains on the furniture, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, mould in the bathroom, dirty stained pillows in the kitchen drawers, and the most foul smell. We discovered prawns and rice had been left in the oven and was literally bubbling in the heat of the apartment the smell was horrendous! We contacted the owner and he did move us to one of his other apartments which was also not maintained to the higher standards that it should have been. It was in straits quay Marina so that was great as I know the location very well and we had the small mall below us. But the sacrifice was that we lost a bedroom, and also a bed! I had booked a large two bedroom apartment at jazz suites both of my daughters had a double bed each with ensuite, but they ended up sleeping in the living room as there wasn’t a double bed in the open plan living room/kitchen (they wanted the tv and there wasn’t one in the bedroom) there was no hangers in the wardrobes, we bought our own! But lived out of suitcases as the wardrobes had a smell of mould. But that L is how much we did not want to stay in the other properly. I felt we deserved a proportional refund but the owner would not co-operate with booking. Booking gave us a small amount on our account for future bookings as a good will gesture! I did not feel this compensated for the disappointment and disruption we had in the first few days of our vacation. It’s just a shame that with small changes, decoration, minor works and cleaning of furniture…the owner would have two great apartments but does not maintain them at all. Which results in poor reviews and will eventually result in no one booking or reduced fees! All for the sake of some small renovation and decoration.

I have stayed in the same building but a different unit before and that was a memorable experience. The stay at this booking was the worst stay of my life. Dirty linen, missing bidet, non functioning air cons, non functioning stove top ,unsafe switches with missing covers, baby cockroaches from day 3 forced me to leave this unit. Whenever I raised the issue at the watsapp number I was always told "we will take care , please leave the keys at the reception ". I did that on day 1 and came back to just a complimentary housekeeping. No commitment to make any changes were made. But after the 2nd or 3rd complaint I was told that other guests never complained or " we will take care. I had planned a 14 nights stay and left after 4 nights because it was not fit for a 2 weeks stay. This was the worst stay of my life.

The apartment is ok for family staying.. got enough bed for all..

1.first arrive found a big cockrouch 2.not provide any clean water or the most common thing such as 3 in 1 coffee or tea.. 3.bathroom got unpleasant smells need to do some heavy cleaning 4.got bathtub but cannot use because button to hold water is not functional and cannot keep water.. 5.Tv set got apple tv device but cannot been use as the remote already damage.. 6. Fan can only on when turn on the high speed And please do check all the other default to make sure all the problem will not be experienced to other guest.. I hope the best for you in the future and hope all the listed problem listed settle ASAP to make sure you apartment got best review after this.. 🙂👍
