New York Suite III at Avida Towers Aspira

I love the location. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this condominium. Gaisano and Centrio Mall are just a 5 min walk from the place. The room is great! I enjoyed the view from our window. The bed is comfortable. The place was very clean.

Maybe have trash bags available in the unit next time, so we can take out the trash when it's full.

Great location plus very clean property!

I liked the ease of transaction and booking. Checking in was easy since I was texted instructions before arrival. It had a New York chic vibe going on.The tile grout was still white and clean. The beddings and towels freshly laundered. Strong water pressure and airconditioner steady throughout the day. Wifi and Netflix worked on demand. The elevators kept working inspite of the power interruption. The views of the sea and mouth of the river from the 21st floor were an awesome bonus. Accessible laundry shops,convenience stores and street hawkers style eateries just outside the condo. We even found a plastic bag for our garbage in the undersink cabinet while we tidied up our mess. Finally, the sealed vanity kits, the hair dryer, crockery and cutlery, the ref and the extension cord for the gamut of small kitchen appliances available (thoughtfully provided by our host) were much appreciated extras. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

The frightfully loud music and karaoke singing from the adjacent bars at street level reached the 21st floor and penetrated the closed windows and drawn curtains and that went on until 3 AM. Also,the size of the bed may be ok for a solo but it was a tad tight for us (2 ladies with normal BMIs). The absence of bins segregating dry waste from food scraps from infectious waste made us feel uneasy.
