"Never Again!"

I had a good overall experience staying here. The key handover was very easy and smooth, which made the check-in process stress-free. The apartment itself was clean and in a great location, which I really appreciated. The only issue was that I was not given a code for the apartment, and the building’s intercom was not working. Because of this, I had to go down from the 18th floor every time I had a delivery, which was quite inconvenient. The washing machine is also quite old and broke down a few times. However, whenever I reported it, they responded quickly and came to fix it the next day, which I found very professional. It’s true that the place is not cheap, but overall there were no major problems during my stay, and everything went well

What I didn’t like about the accommodation was that the buzzer was not working, there was no access code provided, and because of this I had to go down from the 18th floor every single time I had a delivery, which was very inconvenient. The washing machine was also old and broke down multiple times. Another major issue was the £300 deposit. It is held for several weeks, and they seem to try to deduct as much as possible from it, finding fault in everything. I was charged £68 for small stains on a bedsheet and a towel, which I find completely unreasonable. I accept that the stain on the bedsheet was caused by me, but I do not believe it justifies such a high charge—especially considering the quality of the linen. In any case, items like towels and sheets naturally get used and worn over time, and I find it hard to believe that the stain on the towel could not be properly cleaned. They also claimed that I stained a pillow, which was not true and not caused by me. I will attach photos to my review as proof. I am a very clean and tidy person. I took out all the trash, cleaned the apartment properly, and left it in excellent condition. Honestly, it was in perfect shape when I left. Instead of appreciating a guest like that, I feel like I was treated unfairly. Because of this experience, I have learned my lesson and I will avoid accommodations that require a deposit in the future.
