Property was clean but the wrong Wi-Fi address was given

It’s situated in the middle of nowhere it says it’s 450m from the beach there is no beach it’s just rocks and they wanted 30 pesos for environmental protection the place was a shithole

The host was very amenable. All the staff in the complex are very friendly. The complex feels secure. The unit has toaster, coffee makers, kettle, rice cooker and single hob. Toiletries present also. Feels very homely everything is there (apart from a can opener)

Expect to feel as if you're house sitting for someone rather than being in a hotel room. You can hear the sound of the lift 24/7

New and good price. The swimming pool outside is always great.

Decorations were very plain. Window leaked.

Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly. Kitchen was stocked nicely.

The furniture in the unit was extremely uncomfortable. Elevator equipment making noise 24/7. Access to groceries was very limited. No parking near building. No included housekeeping. Almost broke toes on bathroom entrance tile. HVAC couldn't keep front room cool. View of unfinished neighborhood. Tennis courts and landscaping in bad shape. Smoke detectors covered up with tape. Not brand new as advertised.
