Great location. Grocery store, bars, pharmacy, Eataly and seaside walk nearby. Spacious and newly furnished. If you are lucky you might also find parking in the same street, otherwise other parking options are available at waking distance. The owner will provide detailed infos needed. The sofa bed is better that the bed in the room. Dish soap and hand soap were provided when we were there. Good amount of towels.

Check-in feels like a multi-stage game. You first need to check in online, then in person at their offices, where you get a key to access the main entrance door of the building. Then you arrive in front of the apartment door where you'll find a locker (you get the code for it at the office) inside of which you have a set of keys to open the two apartments doors. If you are lucky this is it, if like us you are unlucky and someone mixes up the keys in the lockers, be prepared to wait until someone from the office arrives to solve this. They will eventually solve this (the lady who was in shift then was nice) but if you are travelling with kids or perhaps later in the day this is really not a good option. I realise some steps are needed due to local regulations but a simplification of the check in process (perhaps getting all keys at the office?) would greatly help in the appreciation of what is otherwise a really nice apartment. Checkout was a much swifter process.
