The location was central It was clean

They asked adepiste of £250 pounds for two nigths and it was not transparent on booking.com website. When I asked about it their message response was that it will be paid promptly at the point of check out. Howere, then after a lot of chase up niw after 30 days they said it has been processed. This is 23 Jan 39days has passed and I have not received my refund.

Lovely apartment, really clean, great decor. Great communication regarding how to get in.

The heating didn't work in the bedroom and it was really cold. Only one radiator worked in the living room so again cold. The main issue which happened was the building alarm went off and I had to evacuate the property. I tried to contact the property manager and got no answer. Found another number to contact and they advised they would get in touch with the owner. The fire brigade arrived and advised they could not switch the alarm off despite there being no fire. I eventually got a call back over an hour later to say the caretaker would need to sort it but with no instruction on how or when this would be done. After 1.5 hours outside in the cold and rain the other residents finally got the alarm off. After being out for so long to find out the heating didn't work just added fuel to the "fire"

Ease of access and the hosts seemed really nice.

Description said heating but this didn’t work very well at all, so it was cold in the rooms. No hot water in the later evening so had cold shower. Bathroom was very damp and had a musky smell

location was a little noisy. There were also a lot of wires/cables out in the open and stains on the carpet when u arrived. not a big issue though.
